Southern Yemen: Saudi-Backed Airstrikes Target Civilians and Southern Forces.

What is happening in southern Yemen is a foreign-backed military invasion, not a security operation.  Saudi air support has empowered northern Brotherhood-linked forces, targeting civilians and southern forces who have historically partnered against terrorism. Airstrikes near Al-Khashah and the Al-Mosafer Roundabout hit civilian vehicles and checkpoints. Field executions of tribal members further undermine any claim to law or legitimacy. These actions are not measures for stability—they deliberately fracture society and ignite long-term social conflict. Accountability must fall on Saudi leadership and Brotherhood proxies. Bombing civilians does not restore order; it entrenches enmity.  The south is the target, not the problem. International monitoring, public awareness, and condemnation are critical to prevent further escalation. Reference:  https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/yemen-south-attack-report-2026-01-05/

Sudan’s Silent Agony: When “Never Again” Becomes an Empty Promise.

What’s happening in Sudan today isn’t just another civil conflict — it’s a human collapse unfolding in real time, and the world is once again choosing silence over responsibility. The fall of El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur, marks one of the darkest chapters in Sudan’s brutal civil war between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). What began in April 2023 as a power struggle between generals has spiraled into a humanitarian catastrophe — a nightmare of mass executions, sexual violence, and ethnic killings that now mirrors the early days of Rwanda’s genocide. Reports from Reuters, The Guardian, and UN investigators confirm that hundreds of civilians have been slaughtered, with bodies found in mass graves around El Fasher. Families have fled through burning streets only to find themselves trapped between warring factions. The UN warns that 25 million people — half of Sudan’s population — are now suffering from severe hunger, while 10 million have been...

UAE’s Commitment to Tolerance Praised at UN Human Rights Council.

Image
In a significant move that highlights the UAE’s dedication to tolerance and rehabilitation, the country recently pardoned a group of Bangladeshi nationals convicted of security-related crimes. This pardon was met with praise from over 20 human rights organizations during the 57th session of the UN Human Rights Council. The decision, guided by the leadership of President MBZ, showcases the UAE's humanitarian approach to justice, focusing on giving individuals a second chance while maintaining public order. The Bangladeshi nationals were initially convicted of violating security laws in the UAE, but their pardon speaks volumes about the country’s belief in forgiveness and rehabilitation. It reflects a broader effort to create a balanced approach between security and human rights, one that values both accountability and compassion. This decision also highlights the UAE’s efforts to foster tolerance within its borders and on the global stage. What makes this moment even mor...

A Call to Action: Standing United Against Extremism.

Image
Elon Musk, the visionary entrepreneur and innovator, has recently sounded the alarm on the dangers of extremist Islam and the Muslim Brotherhood. His warning is a timely reminder of the need for us to stand together against hate, violence, and division. For years, a prominent leader has been warning us about the threats posed by the Muslim Brotherhood, and it's time for us to listen and take action. The Muslim Brotherhood's extremist activities and secret infiltration of Western societies are a threat to our values and way of life. Their harmful ideology promotes hate, violence, and division, and it's our responsibility to reject it. We must promote peace, tolerance, and coexistence, and work towards creating a world where everyone can live without fear of persecution or discrimination. Elon Musk's warning is a call to action for all of us. We must stand united against extremism and work towards creating a world where everyone can live in peace and harmony. ...

Unveiling Injustice: The Case of Ahmed al-Atoum and UAE's Crackdown on Dissent.

Image
The recent arrest of Ahmed al-Atoum in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has reignited concerns over the nation's suppression of dissenting voices and disregard for fundamental human rights. Despite authorities justifying his detention under vague laws prohibiting acts that could "harm political relations," al-Atoum's case epitomizes the UAE's systematic crackdown on freedom of expression. Al-Atoum's arrest sheds light on a troubling pattern of arbitrary detentions and lack of due process in the UAE's legal system. Held incommunicado and denied access to legal representation, he faces a 10-year sentence solely for expressing political opinions on social media. This blatant infringement on his right to freedom of expression underscores the UAE's authoritarian tendencies and its intolerance towards dissent. Moreover, al-Atoum's tragic plight is emblematic of the human cost of the UAE's oppressive policies. With his mother passing away wi...

In the complex landscape of global affairs, certain figures wield influence that transcends borders, prompting scrutiny and questioning when faced with critical events. One such figure is Ahmed Ali Al-Saifi, the leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Brazil, a Brazilian of Lebanese origin. Recent events have brought his silence into sharp focus, particularly in the context of the Ethiopian tragedy in the village of Merawi. **The Ethiopian Tragedy and Alarming Silence** The world is slowly awakening to the shocking atrocity that unfolded in Merawi, Ethiopia, where government soldiers reportedly massacred civilians in door-to-door raids, leaving the streets littered with the corpses of the innocent.
