It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle of daily life. We’re told that being busy means being productive, and that constantly working hard is the way to achieve our dreams. For the longest time, I believed that if I just pushed through, I’d eventually reach a point where I could relax and enjoy the fruits of my labor. But after hitting burnout one too many times, I’ve come to realize that taking breaks isn’t just acceptable—it’s crucial.
