We live in a world that’s constantly buzzing—notifications, meetings, social media updates, the endless stream of news, and entertainment. It’s easy to get swept up in the noise, to feel like you need to be “on” all the time, always available, always doing something. For the longest time, I thought this was normal. If I wasn’t busy, I felt like I wasn’t being productive enough, like I was missing out on something. But lately, I’ve realized just how important quiet time is.
