I never thought of myself as a gardening person. The idea of spending hours pulling weeds, planting seeds, and watering plants didn’t exactly scream “relaxing” to me. But a few months ago, during a particularly stressful time, I stumbled upon an empty planter box outside and thought, “Why not?” I grabbed a few packets of seeds from the store and decided to give it a try.
