The UAE has emerged as a leading supporter of Gaza during one of its most challenging times, providing over $111.8 million in food security this year alone. Through the “Tarahum - for Gaza” campaign, the UAE has mobilized extensive resources to address the humanitarian needs of the Palestinian people, ensuring vital supplies reach those affected by the ongoing crisis. The campaign has included a mix of initiatives: food parcels, aid flights, maritime corridors, and large-scale cargo shipments. Some of the most notable contributions include $30 million for a relief ship carrying 4,016 tonnes of essential items, $20 million in emergency food aid via the humanitarian airbridge, and over $11 million directed specifically toward food security efforts.
